I began working in the industry at the age of 19 in 1990 when I hired on as a helper/apprentice to a well-established paperhanger in the Jackson, MS area. After working as an apprentice for several years, I established Paper Works and have been self-employed as a residential and commercial paperhanger ever since. While my original training was primarily in residential applications, the downturn of residential wallpaper installations in the late 90's and early 2000's steered me towards more commercial applications as a means of staying in business.
